Nord Est Service Srl was founded in 2019 with the intention of giving added value to the product and service offered to the customer, making use of specialist skills and highly qualified personnel. In addition to the design and construction of the mold, we offer the customer and third parties a full range of service activities for the molds, responding to every need. Thanks to the flexibility and availability 24/7 and to the wide range of highly professional services that Nord Est Service is able to provide to the customer, we propose ourselves as a reliable and punctual reference partner for the toolshop department and the production department of parts of plastics from various sectors, from automotive to home design, packaging and medical. The focus of Nord Est Service is customer satisfaction with a view to continuous growth, improvement and customization of the service based on the specific needs of each customer. Furthermore, thanks to the experience gained, we are able to provide competent technical support to the technical solutions adopted from the mold design phase to the final mold test.

Assembly, maintenance, adjustments and modifications, testing and assistance can be carried out in the workshop, where Nord Est Service has well-equipped workstations, or, on request, at the customer's premises thanks to the versatility and availability of a team made up of professionals. • COMPLETE ASSEMBLY, PERFORMANCE OF REPAIRS AND MODIFICATIONS AND MAINTENANCE

Thanks to various autonomous workstations for complete assembly, maintenance or modifications, Nord Est Service relies on the multi-year competence of capable and highly trained staff, specialized in molds for plastic materials, including 2K / 3K rotary.

• SERVICE ON THE TERRITORY OF CLIENTS

Nord Est Service is organized to carry out Service activities at the Customer's premises in complete autonomy on complex molds, managing all the stages of maintenance, welding and mold polishing. We are able to manage short-, medium- and long-term service, as well as timely interventions to manage any customer emergency situation.

• POLISHING AND WELDING

Nord Est Service deals with the polishing of molds starting from a simple technical finish up to the specular specialized one, for all types of steel or aluminum. Furthermore, thanks to the mobile welding equipment with 3 processing methods (TIG, Plasma and Laser) we are able to respond promptly to the customer's needs with joint and filler welds on molds of any size, both at the customer's premises and in our workshop.

• TESTING

Thanks to the presence of a department dedicated to mold testing, Nord Est Service is able to offer a complete service by managing to test the molds, even with the production of batches for the creation of stocks for the customer or for pre-series production. We have a 450 t 1K press, or a 1000 t rotary press to stamp 1K, 2K and 3K.

• ASSISTANCE TO MOLD TESTING AT THE CUSTOMER

Thanks to the availability of qualified personnel, we can attend the mold test at the customer's by giving assistance on the machine and offering technical solutions and intervening on the mold directly in the press if necessary.
